Hunt wanted players, claim rewards and become one of WARTEBRA's top hunters.
The Wanted System picks out players to hunt across the server, and rewards whoever brings them down. Some targets are chosen automatically by the server; others are put up by players themselves, as contracts with real gold on the line.
Only players who are actually online and eligible can become automatic targets — someone training, hiding in a protected area, or below the minimum level is never picked. Whenever a target is defeated, the reward goes straight to the account that made the kill.
At any moment, up to three players can be Wanted at the same time — one for each category below. A category stays empty when there is nobody eligible to fill it.
A Wanted title lasts up to 30 minutes unless its target is captured first. Logging out, entering a trainer, or hiding in a protected area for too long ends it early — and the category simply opens up for someone else.
Anyone can put a bounty on another player's head. Set a character as your target, choose how much gold to offer and for how long, and publish it — the first player to defeat your target within that time collects the full reward.
You can publish as your own name or anonymously. A contract cannot be cancelled once it is live: it only ends when the target is defeated or the contract expires.
6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days.
A contract's reward is exactly whatever gold its creator set. The three automatic categories work differently: their reward follows WARTEBRA's own server economy, so it adjusts over time instead of staying fixed forever.
Killer Wanted currently pays the most of the three, XP Wanted pays a middle amount, and Random Wanted pays the least — the exact numbers move with the server economy, so they are not published here as fixed values.
The Wanted System is built to reward real hunts, not arranged kills. A reward is never paid between characters on the same account, the same guild, the same party, or otherwise clearly connected — and kills inside Arena PvP or Castle War never count here at all.
Beyond that, the system quietly watches for repeated farming between the same players and other abuse patterns, and simply withholds the reward when something looks wrong. Exactly how those checks work is not published, on purpose.
Two Top 5 boards, both reset every week: Top Hunters ranks players by gold earned from captures, and Top Payers ranks players by gold committed to public contracts. Anonymous contracts never appear on the Payers board — that is what anonymity is for.
A running log of every capture made this week, server-wide: who was the target, who made the kill, which category paid out, and how much. Your own published contracts get their own separate list too, so you can track exactly where each one stands.
Every part of the Wanted System — automatic categories, contracts, rankings and history — is available to every account.
